Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:30 on Tuesday, 14/08/2012 to 01:00 on Wednesday, 15/08/2012

Purpose

On 14/08/2012 from 22:30 to 15/08/2012 01:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway to improve stability.

Impact
The risk to voice service is LOW.
There will be no impact on existing calls, and new call attempts will be processed normally. On a very small number of new call attempts the call setup time may be increased by around 2 seconds but the call will still succeed normally.
