[Comtec Announce] 21CN Service Outage - 17/04/12 11:08 - Update #9

Following conversations with BT Openreach they have confirmed that the issue is down to a Core Drill cutting through 250 fibre links. Due to the extreme severity of the break in the fibre, they are still unable to advise of an estimated time to fix. However they are assigning all available engineering and specialist jointing teams to repair the break.

We will update as and when further information becomes available.
