Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Thursday, 05/04/2012

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be will be performing works as part of the on-going hardware renewal program 05/04/2012 22:00-23:00.

Impact
Voice services to customers are unlikely to be unaffected due to the redundant nature of the network.
There may be a brief interruption to some services between 1-60 seconds as the services are migrated to the new connections, due to the nature of the work, some calls in progress may experience a brief interruption of 2-3 seconds to media as the traffic automatically reroutes.
