Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 20:00 to 23:59 on Wesnesday, 07/12/11

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be performing works on the servers for the Business Portal on 07/12/2011 from 20:00 to 23:59.

Impact
Due to the nature of the work being performed the Business Portal will be unavailable for end user configuration for short periods during the work window. An additional period of unavailability of 1 hour should be expected. There will be no risk to voice services.
