Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 05:30 to 07:00 on Monday, 28/11/11

Purpose
On 28/11/2011 from 05:30 to 07:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway involving a minor configuration change to media gateways across the network to improve stability.

Impact
During this process existing calls will be maintained and new call attempts will be processed normally. There will be no effect on service.
