Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 23:30 on Thursday, 24/11/11 to 06:00 on Friday, 25/11/11

Purpose
On 24/11/2011 from 23:30 to 25/11/2011 06:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway involving a minor configuration change to allow better change control auditing for any future planned updates of the SBC. A change to facilitate polling by a new performance monitoring tool will also be implemented.

Impact
During this process, there will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained and new call attempts will be processed normally. There will be no effect on service.
