[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Engineering Works: Thursday, 17/11/11

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Thursday, 17/11/11

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be performing switch software upgrades on 17/11/2011 from 22:00 to 23:00. There may experience a brief interruption to service when the switches are reloaded.

Impact
The risk to voice services is extremely LOW as due to the redundancy built into the network any active calls or new call attempts will be rolled over to the alternate route.
