[Comtec Announce] 21CN: Openreach maintenance in September and October

Openreach will be upgrading our own NTEs on 10th of November. As we
use these to provide service to our 21CN access clients, all 21CN
circuits will drop for approximately 1 minute between 01:00 and 02:00
GMT.

Additionally, the NTE at our Reigate data centre (LSREI01) will
undergo a similar brief outage between 02:00 and 03:00 GMT. However,
due to our redundant network connectivity at this location, we are not
expecting any operational impact to our data centre clients from this.

Comtec NOC will be monitoring the situation.
