Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 on Friday, 30/09/2011 to 02:00 on Saturday, 01/10/2011

Following tonight's PEW some customers have experienced issues with re-registering lines after the works. If you are experiencing difficulty making or receiving calls then please reset your phone system and retest.

If you continue to experience an issue, please raise a ticket to noc at comtec.com and this shall be dealt with as a priority.
