[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Engineering Works Update: Friday, 30/09/2011 to Saturday, 01/10/2011

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform. This has been updated so please see the extra information under the Impact section:

Date: 21:00 on Friday, 30/09/2011 to 02:00 on Saturday, 01/10/2011

Purpose
On 30/09/2011-01/10/2011 Planned Engineering Works are scheduled to move some services to new upgraded hardware. This work will increase capacity and hardware performance.

Impact
Access to the Business Portal will be restricted between 22:00 and 02:00. However, Business Portal User Features can be managed via Handset Feature Access Codes and Toolbars (where applicable) throughout these works.
Some customers may experience a very brief interruption to service in the form of failed calls during the actual changeover at approximately 23:00. Any interruption to service is expected to last no longer than a maximum of 5 minutes whilst the services move to the new hardware.
