DESCRIPTION

Further to the Post incident Review issued 02/09/2011, the update to be provided by 18:00 09/09/2011 has been postponed to allow time for further in-depth analysis of systems and processes.

FUTURE UPDATES

A detailed review of all process will be undertaken and a further update will now be provided by 18:00 16/09/2011.
