Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Monday, 1st August 2011 (rescheduled from 23rd July 2011)
Start time: 20:30 BST 1st August
End time: 23:30 BST 1st August

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be performing switch upgrades on 23/07/2011 from 20:30 to 23:30.

Impact
The risk to voice services is extremely LOW as due to the redundancy built into the network any active calls or new call attempts will roll over to the alternate route.
