Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Wednesday, 3rd August 2011
Start time: 23:30 BST 3rd August
End time: 06:00 BST 4th August

Purpose
Work in addition to the PEW on 28/07/2011 will be performed on the PSTN Gateway SBCs on 03/08/2011 23:30 to 04/08/2011 06:00.
This work will allow testing to commence for additional routing options for international calls.

Impact
There will be no impact on service during the change and only test calls will traverse the new route option after the change.
