Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the IP Voice platform.

Date: Monday, 13th June 2011 to Sunday, 19th June 2011 - Each evening from 21:00 to 23:00
Start time: 21:00 BST 13th June
End time: 23:00 BST 19th June

Purpose
IPVS will be performing internal traffic moves to a new upgraded network path during the hours of 21:00-23:00 from 13/06/2011 to 19/06/2011.

Impact
Risk to voice service is expected to be LOW but some customers may experience a brief interruption to service of one occurrence of less than 10 seconds over the course of the week.
