[Comtec Announce] Maintenance windows 10th and 11th May 2011

Please be advised of the following maintenance windows scheduled by
one of our transit providers:

Date: Tuesday, 10th May 2011
Start time: 02:00 BST (01:00 UTC)
End time: 06:00 BST (05:00 UTC)

Date: Wednesday, 11th May 2011
Start time: 03:00 BST (02:00 UTC)
End time: 06:00 BST (05:00 UTC)

Purpose

Hardware and software upgrades by NTT.

Impact

NTT will reload the router to which we are connected during the first
maintenance window. We expect no operational impact during this time,
however the network will be 'at-risk' to failures in our redundant
transit.

We expect no outage during the second window.

Note that this maintenance does not affect our own services (including
IP Voice), or those reached via our other transit and peering
partners.
