Please be advised of the following incident which affected some of our 21CN circuit users



Date: Wednesday, 13th April 2011

Start time: 11.16 BST

End time: 11.19 BST



Incident



Transit was disrupted for the 21CN network.



Impact



Some users would have noticed 21CN problems/outages during this time due to transit issues from the provider networks. We identified the areas of cause on the networks and routed round them. To mitigate this issue in the future we will leave the routing in place until we are satisfied the transit areas are stable.
