Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the
IP Voice platform.

Date: Sunday, 12th December 2010
Start time: 22:00 GMT
End time: 23:00 GMT

Purpose

Network equipment upgrade.

Impact

Potential brief impact to all services for customers that traverse IP
Voice Telecity 8/9 whilst switch stack is reloaded.

Category: Major - Potential, brief impact to all services during window.

Details

The IOS will be upgraded on a Switch Stack in Telecity 8/9.

Customer traffic which transits this site may experience an
interruption in service whilst the stack is reloaded. The potential
duration of any interruption to services is approx. 5-10 minutes.

Contingency plan

Should the above maintenance fail to be successful as planned then the
network topology will be restored to its prior state.
