[Comtec Announce] IP Voice: Maintenance window 14th October 2010

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the
IP Voice platform.

Date: Thursday, 14th October 2010 to Friday, 15th October 2010
Start time: 23:00 BST
End time: 02:00 BST

Purpose

Software upgrade to improve generic CLI mapping for calls originating
from PSTN PBXs.

Impact

IPVS POP(s) impacted: Kingston Signalling Gateways
Expected risk to service:   VERY LOW.

As part of the upgrade there will be a requirement to fail over the
stand-by to main and back again. During this fail over (approximately
1 minute), there will be a slight call set-up delay of no more than 2
seconds for new calls; established calls will be unaffected.
