[Comtec Announce] Utility power outage 28th November 2007

EDF are unable to advise us of an estimated time to repair the utility
supply. We have additional fuel en route from our suppliers however we
are not expecting this to arrive in time. Although we have already
shut down all non-essential systems, we are expecting the remaining
fuel and UPS batteries to be depleted within the next hour.

During this time the NOC telephone and e-mail addresses will be
unavailable as the NOC runs on the same UPS. As soon as additional
fuel arrives or utility power is restored, we will be back online. We
will keep you updated.
