[Comtec Announce] NTT transit outage 26/8/07

NTT experienced an issue with the router to which we are connected
between 16:55 to 17:31 BST.

There was no significant operational impact from this outage.

Comtec NOC is tracking this issue under ticket number[Comtec#2007082679000018].
