Summary of Work

Engineers will perform a reload of core routers to complete a software
update at the recommendation of our vendor. An additional 10Gbps of
capacity will also be added during the first maintenance.

Impact

High. Customers colocated at our NYCMNY02 location will experience a
lapse in connectivity for the duration of the reboot.

While the maintenance windows are scheduled for an hour, we only
expect roughly 5-10 minutes of downtime while the devices are
rebooted.
