York, NY site.

Summary of Work

At approximately 2:00AM EST, engineers will perform a reload of a core
router to complete a software update at the recommendation of our
vendor.

Impact

High. Customers colocated at our NYCMNY02 location will experience a
lapse in connectivity for the duration of the reboot.

While the maintenance window is scheduled for an hour, we only expect
roughly 5-10 minutes of downtime while the device is rebooted.
