Subject: [Sargasso Announce] Advance notification of UPS upgrade work

TELEHOUSE have notified us that they will be performing UPS upgrades on our
power supply on January 20th. Pre-testing of the equipment has already taken
place to aid in a smooth transition.

Although there is no downtime anticipated as a result of this work, the UPS
system will be out of operation during this time and we will be running on
utility power. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a utility outage, there will
be an outage while the generators are engaged.

Please see below for further technical information:

Start Date: Saturday, January 20, 2007; 04:00 PM (EST)
End Date: Sunday, January 14, 2007; 12:00 noon (EST)

Summary of Work: Migrating existing UPS#1 and #2 to parallel configuration.

Impact: Customers fed from UPS#1 or #2 should note that your power feed during
this period comes only from the electric utility serving 25 Broadway
("utility"). When isolating/getting the UPS back on line, TELEHOUSE foresees
continuous service.

Potential Risk: Just in case of a utility power failure during this work, a 5
minute to 15 minute power outage would happen, while TELEHOUSE restores power
by manually switching to a 25B generator feed.

TELEHOUSE expects that each weekend's work and various tests will require
twenty (20) hours. However, the test results might necessitate an extension of
our timeframe by two to three hours.

David
