Systems/Services Affected:

Intermittent calling issues to and from the PSTN

Intermittent issues with Device Registration

Affecting a subset of Users on the platform



Report:

Calls and device registrations have now returned to normal levels.

For any users that are not yet re-registered, please reboot your device. If the issues remain, please raise a ticket in the usual manner and the team will investigate each case. 

A post-incident review will be made available. 
Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
