[Comtec Announce] Maintenance window 20th November 2013

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled by one
of our transit providers:

Date: Wednesday, 20th November 2013
Start time: 02:00 GMT
End time: 04:00 GMT

Purpose:

One of our transit providers will be performing software upgrades on
their routers.

Services affected:

All.

Impact:

No impact is anticipated due to the resilience built into our network.
All routes will be available via alternative paths. No outage is
anticipated, however services are "at-risk" during this window. IP
voice services will be unaffected.

Comtec NOC is tracking this issue under ticket [#EVK-154-46139].
