[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] Planned Engineering Work 12/10/2012

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Friday, 12/10/2012

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be carrying out network changes to enable the deployment of future systems between 2200 on 12/10/2012 and 2300 on 12/10/2012, this relates to the following services however there is no expected effect on them:

Service Delivery Platform
Call Recorder
Mobile Office Login and Configuration Files
Mobile Toolbar
Panasonic IP Phone Configuration Files
Cisco CSB Configuration Files (SPA-1x2 ATA's)
 
Impact
Expected impact is LOW.
They will be closely monitoring the potentially affected systems to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
