[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Engineering Work: Thursday, 19/04/2012

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:30 on Thursday, 19/04/2012.

Purpose
On 19/04/2012 from 22:00 to 19/04/2012 23:30 there will be Planned Engineering Works performed by the Engineering Team to relocate configuration files for Mobile Office applications and Panasonic IP/DECT phones to a more resilient infrastructure.

Impact
Any login attempts for MobileOffice during this period will not be successful, devices that are logged in prior to the works will remain so and should see no affect to service. Panasonic devices already configured and registered will see no effect on service.
