[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Engineering Works: Tuesday, 17/01/12

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00 to 22:00 on Tuesday, 17/01/12

Purpose
Completion of PEWA0051 that was partially completed due to time constraints.
Traffic will be moved to the new LACP bundle provisioned on PEWA0051 (16/12/2011).

Impact
Customers will experience a brief interruption to service of less than 1 minute as traffic is moved to the new bundle. If service does not resume after this period, please restart your system and contact technical support. Comtec Engineers will be monitoring the situation.
