Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 23:30 on Thursday, 10/11/11 to 06:00 on Friday, 11/11/11

Purpose
On 10/11/2011 from 23:30 to 11/11/2011 06:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway involving a minor configuration change to create new test routes for future planned capacity expansion.

Impact
During this process, there will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained and new call attempts will be processed normally. There will be no effect on service.
