maintenance window affecting our 325 Hudson Street (NYCMNY03), New
York, NY site.

Summary of Work
Our supplier will be performing software upgrades as advised by their
vendor. This is expected to resolve suboptimal routing issues that
have been experienced by our customers.
The maintenance window on 22 October was to perform software upgrades
as advised by Brocade. As this did not resolve the issue and made
matters worse, it was reverted during an emergency maintenance on 29
October. Brocade have now issued a new software version that is
expected to fix these issues and will be deployed during this window.
Impact
High. Customers colocated at our NYCMNY03 location will lose
connectivity for a period during this window.
While the maintenance window is scheduled for four hours, we only
estimate roughly 15 minutes or less of downtime unless problems occur.
