Summary of Work

Our supplier will be performing software upgrades as advised by their vendor.

While the maintenance window is scheduled for four hours, we only
estimate roughly 15 minutes or less of downtime unless problems occur.

Impact

High. Customers colocated at our NYCMNY03 location will lose
connectivity for a period during this window.
