[Sargasso Announce] Outage 5 June 2013 - Update 2

[Sargasso Announcements]

Service has been fully restored as of 18:35.  The root cause was a
distributed denial of service attack against our infrastructure
amounting to 23Gbps of capacity. We will be looking into what
additional steps we can take to minimise the impact of such attacks in
the future.
