Summary of Work

Our transit provider will be performing a circuit upgrade for one of
our long-haul and peering circuits at this facility. During the
maintenance period, the affected circuit will be cut-over to a
higher-capacity interface. This maintenance activity will affect
select long-haul transport paths between New York and Chicago, as well
as between New York and Los Angeles. In addition, there will be brief
periods of general latency and loss to certain Internet destinations
as routes converge over alternate paths.

While the maintenance window is scheduled for one hour, we only
estimate roughly 5-10 minutes or less of downtime as the circuit is
cut over.

Impact

Medium. Customers colocated at our NYCMNY02 location may observe
suboptimal or reduced connectivity to certain destinations during this
window.
