Please be advised that TelX will be performing maintenance work on the
electrical riser that serves our 60 Hudson Street (NYCMNY02), New
York, NY site.

Start Date: Thursday, 11 December 2008; 17:00PM (EST)
End Date: Thursday, 11 December 2008; 23:00PM (EST)

Start Date: Thursday, 11 December 2008 22:00PM (GMT)
End Date: Friday, 12 December 2008; 04:00AM (GMT)

Start Date: Thursday, 11 December 2008 23:00PM (CET)
End Date: Friday, 12 December 2008; 05:00AM (CET)

This maintenance is scheduled to take place December 11, 2008 from
5:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST. We do not anticipate any downtime during
this procedure and your site should not be affected.

Summary of Work

Preventive maintenance on our power feed.

Impact

Customers colocated at our NYCMNY02 location are "at-risk" during this
period. No downtime is anticipated however there may be an impact in
the event of power loss during this window. Customers at other sites
are not affected by this work.
